Process event bookings, fulfil merchandise orders, send confirmations and receipts, respond to enquiries, send newsletters or updates (if you opt in), improve our website and services, comply with legal and accounting requirements.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

9. Purchases on our site

(Cancellation, Postponement and Refunds)

The organisers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, or make changes to our events where necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, severe weather, safety concerns, venue issues, public health restrictions, acts of God, or any other situation which, in the organisers' reasonable judgement, would make the event unsafe or impracticable to proceed.

If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund of the ticket price paid. Alternatively, ticket holders may choose to donate all or part of the ticket cost to support Another Way and future community events.

If an event is postponed, tickets will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date. Ticket holders who are unable to attend the new date may request a refund within 30 days of notification of the postponement.

The organisers will endeavour to communicate any cancellation, postponement, or significant change as soon as reasonably possible using the contact details provided at the time of booking.

Except where required by law, the organisers shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, subsistence, or other expenses arising from cancellation, postponement, or changes to the event.
