DESCRIPTION:Our next pilgrimage is on Sunday 2nd March at 10.30am\, to St Piran’s Oratory: a walk through the dunes to the ancient church of Cornwall’s most famous Saint. \n\n\n\nA chance to walk\, reflect and to be in nature\, to connect with others\, with the land and with the Divine.  \n\n\n\nPlease message us for joining instructions 🙂 \n\n\n\nWhat to expect \n\n\n\nWe are a searching people and a finding people\, but we are all different\, and in this time we all might need to find something different. \n\n\n\nSome of us may simply be looking for fun\, others to be part of something together\, but others may be searching for something else\, an answer to a thought\, an encounter with Jesus\, a time when anxiety will stop. A new reality looks different for us all\, but we walk that path together. \n\n\n\nOn these pilgrimages you will be with people of all ages\, as well as some four legged friends. We will be lead by stories\, liturgy\, silence and song to an ancient site in Cornwall that holds significant experience in the story of Cornish spirituality. DESCRIPTION:Agape Meal Our Agape Meals are an opportunity to gather round the table to share in food\, faith\, and time together.  \n\n\n\nWe start with food—simple things like pastries and fruit—eating together as we settle in. There’s a bit of storytelling\, a retelling of the Last Supper that helps us step into the moment\, seeing it not just as history but something real and alive. We’ll have some music\, some prayers\, maybe a few words to reflect on. Nothing too polished – just a chance to be present\, to listen\, to share. \n\n\n\nThen we hang out. No rush\, no expectations. Just conversation\, connection\, and time spent together. \n\n\n\nCome as you are. \n\n\n\nWho We AreThis community began as a space for those who feel on the edges of traditional religion—those searching for a spiritual home\, longing for deeper connection\, or carrying questions and struggles from past experiences of church. Many of us have a strong faith in Jesus\, while others are still exploring\, but we gather because we believe his story holds meaning and hope for us all. \n\n\n\nWe come from different backgrounds and experiences of faith\, and our hope is that this morning community can be a space where those differences exist peacefully and respectfully. \n\n\n\nWhat to ExpectOur gatherings are simple and participatory. We use liturgies and songs that are easy to join in with\, and you’re welcome to play percussion or other instruments during the music. The service includes a short talk\, moments for reflection and discussion\, and a time of open prayer. \n\n\n\nChildrenChildren are a valued part of our community and are always welcome to join in (interruptions included!). If you or your child need some time out\, there’s a playroom next door and beautiful gardens to explore. \n\n\n\nCome as you are—we look forward to sharing this time with you.

SUMMARY:Pilgrimage to Old Kea
DESCRIPTION:On 2nd February is our first pilgrimage of the year\, and we’ll be heading to Old Kea (not to be confused with St Kea\, which is a different church nearby). This is instead of our morning service at Epiphany House\, so please don’t go there! What to expect This pilgrimage will mostly be in and around the churchyard\, with a bit of a walk (up to a mile\, so 20mins) on a mixture of roads and footpaths. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about accessibility. We’ll hear the story of St Kea and there are some liturgies\, prayers and songs that we can say together. What to bring The forecast looks a bit hit and miss\, so choose suitable clothing and footwear for the Great Outdoors. Feel free to bring a flask of tea\, snacks or even a picnic lunch for afterwards. \n\n\n\nWhere to meet Follow signposts to Old Kea from Playing Place\, just outside Truro. Parking is in the large area by the barn on the road just before you reach the church.
